So true, Sahil — chasing milestones only moves the goalposts.Real fulfillment comes from building systems you enjoy running every day. In my 3‑Hour Growth System, we focus on those repeatable loops that create momentum — not on chasing the next ‘arrival’ moment.

Such a powerful read.

This line especially: “If you're not enough without it, you'll never be enough with it.”

That’s the shadow side of high performance most don’t see—until the goalpost moves again.

In longevity work, we see this all the time: people optimizing endlessly, but never arriving.

What if the real win is knowing how to pause, feel, and be, even mid-climb?
