One Quote:
“I would like to die on Mars. Just not on impact.” - Elon Musk @ SXSW 2013
It’s official: Space Travel Energy has replaced Billionaire Energy. Spaceships > Yachts.
One Tweet:
If you’re struggling to understand the rise of NFTs, read this short thread. Elena does a wonderful job of using a simple luxury/status symbol comparison (the Birkin bag) to contextualize this new, status-fueled movement.
One Article:
The Biggest Returns - Morgan Housel
Morgan Housel is one of my favorite writers. He has a knack for simplifying complex concepts, particularly around finance and investing.
My favorite quote (emphasis added): “There are investors who grind 80 hours a week to add 10 basis points to their returns when there are two or three full percentage points of lifestyle bloat in their finances that can be exploited with less effort.”
The key point: Whether in finance or life, focus your energy where it will have the greatest relative impact.
One Podcast:
Kat Cole: The Power of Possible (The Knowledge Project)
I’m lucky to call Kat a friend and mentor. She’s one of the most positive sum, genuine individuals I’ve ever met, and that comes across in this discussion.
My favorite line: "I’ve learned that when I see people for their potential and their possibilities, that they seem to live up to that more quickly…the frequency that I’m let down is so low compared to the frequency that I’m proven right in people’s potential.”
The Pygmalion Effect - high expectations lead to high performance. Powerful when harnessed appropriately!
Listen to it on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.
One Bonus:
This level of mastery is simply insane. Magnus Carlsen is not human.

Hi sahil,
When will they launch faves app for Android?
Great Life Lesson: "Whether in finance or life, focus your energy where it will have the greatest relative impact." Also, a movie that demonstrates the Pygmalion Effect is "Legally Blonde" (2001).
Life Lesson: Learn to see the potential in yourself and in others.
