Loved it Sahil.. I had the best opportunity to go behind the scenes corporate session on Disney land Hong Kong and some of my best lessons came from it

Other insights

1) Disney can tell you where you are parked based on the time you entered the park. This way if you forgot where you parked a hepler can guide you instantly

2) There are hidden disney characters in each park, A creature that glints with sun on a ride, a character on a low wall for smaller kids to spot, disney movie E has a Toystory character hidden and so on

3) Trash cans in Disney are specially designed to fit into the ambience and has the unique door to quickly throw trash

4) Motto is you may not have created the problem but sure you can fix it

5) Characters uniforms in the back office are completely automated so you cannot get the wrong one

6) Alchol free except for French disney world :)

7) Stories of young kids who cannot go on rides are promised a faster ride when they come back after hitting the age

Wow! Reading this Disney example I learned storytelling doesn't mean/restrict itself to verbal communication. It can also be seen in things and design, how Disney solves some basics problems that people never thought of in the first place. The absolute best storytelling IRL.
