Sahil, this was very well laid out. The art of storytelling is such a powerful tool that can unlock the hearts and minds of many. As a writer, I constantly am thinking about who my audience is and the questions they are asking as we navigate through the story together.
My iceberg-melting experiments took me to the brink. It’s not something you can explain. The best reference point is The Matrix.
I’d also add The Bear—because it captures what it feels like to be rebuilt from the inside out.
For me, the key was story. That’s what guided me. Others in our group follow different paths.
Mine started with energy work back in the ‘90s. Then came mindset training, and by 2011, deep shadow work.
But the real journey didn’t begin until 2020. That’s when I realized: the real world is inside—the underworld. And yes, Go Ask Alice is real. It’s deep. It’s dark.
There is no other way to truly find yourself. Most people won’t go to the bottom of the well. And honestly? There is no bottom.
