I was just thinking earlier today about the contrast I have seen working with a start up leadership team that is fixated on their strategies but not their execution. My instinct is to run to the market, take action- learn, course correction, keep learning. This team seems to be waiting for perfection and a fear of failure prevents them from empowering the staff on the front lines. So frustrating to see how they continually hold themselves back from the transformational growth that is possible.
