Shahid, I love your writing. If you haven't read "The Invisible Billionaire" by Jerry Shields, you should. A biography of Daniel Ludwig, at one point perhaps the richest guy in the world, Ludwig was, along with Onassis and Niarchos, the biggest shipper in the world, and eventually a competitor to McLean when he made his bold moves in the early '60's. Ludwig famously bought and tried to develop 4 million acres of Amazon jungle in Brazil. McLean also bought hundreds of thousands of acres in Eastern North Carolina and tried to develop that. The Ludwig book is one of the best business stories I have ever read. "The Box" is good. "The Invisible Billionaire" is ten times better. Keep it up.

Thanks for the rec! Look forward to it.
Sahil, damn spell check.
thanks for flagging your cohort. Just applied. Stoked.
We should also attribute the success and concepts of containerization and Docker, etc to McLean - same concept applied to a different domain!!
Now if they only made the Container the Correct size to match full capacity. We would maximize efficiency and reduce climate impact.
