The David Kolb model is: Concrete Experience, Reflective Observation, Abstract Conceptualization, Active Experimentation. Feynman's ELI5 would be a great way to Abstract Conceptualize without getting stuck in jargon. Many thanks indeed.

Feynman is one of the great teacher, He had child like curiosity and can explain any complex topic with simple examples
