I've got a question for you Sahil. I'm trying to implement your strategy of 50 minutes on -- 10 minutes off work sprints. I'm struggling to find good ways to refresh/busy myself in those 10 minutes. I work from a WeWork in NYC. Would love your thoughts and your personal preferences.

Go for a quick walk without your phone. Sit down and close your eyes and breathe. Do some pushups or bodyweight squats. Any of those work!

A quick afterthought -- I saw your piece on Thomas Jefferson's daily schedule. I would love to see a similar kind of break down for your daily routine. I've found balancing meetings and spontaneous tasks (I'm a 20 year old low on the totem pole) to be difficult with respect to maintaining resilient work energy, but I'm also new to the game.
