I, too, listened to you on T.I.P. and was hooked with your philosophy. As an older investor, I appreciate your perspective. I look forward to gleaning more insight that might help me be a more mindful investor. Thank you!

Happy belated birthday, Sahil!

From one not-so-wise 30-something to another, these 7 lessons could be my commandments!

After 3 decades and a year on this planet (31 next week - yikes), you start to notice these recurring themes in your mentors and people you want to be more like... thanks for putting them to paper.

Random question: Are your 7 lessons stack ranked by importance, or given any particular order?

I just listened to the T.I.P podcast and was very interested. Then you discussed financial literacy in schools which locked me in and signed me up to the newsletter. I am currently a math teacher in the San Bernardino district and just got approved to launch a test pilot middle school course for Financial Literacy as it's something I've also been pushing for. I'm focusing on a hands on, engaging approach but wanted to know if you had any recommendations as I venture down this new path for America's youth? Or if we could chat about things I may not have already thought of.

Great stuff! Looking forward to following your newsletters.

Loved it. as a 34-year-old, I can relate to every single word of this. here's something I learned, and Steve Jobs said it better than I ever could:

"You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever."
